PLEASE HELP CHARLENE AND HER FAMILY

Adam was in hospital for 8 days being treated for sepsis. He was due to have a mental health assessment due to his thoughts and mental health. I truly believe he was going to be sectioned and arrested under the mental health act. I saw him at the hospital and we had the biggest cuddle and heart to heart. Tears were flowing and he was so upset. I told him this is what he needed! Now was the time to get the help he deserved. An hour later he was gone, left the hospital. He was classed as a missing person and a welfare warning was issued. He did make contact but wouldn’t tell me where he was. He was still very emotional and lost. Police did find him 6 days later, a welfare check was done and they said he was ok very emotional but ok and was advised to return to the hospital for treatment. I was told he did return 3/4 times to the hospital but kept on discharging himself due to his mental health and not thinking straight 8 days later he was found in his bed. We don’t know the details of his passing as of yet but an autopsy will be done soon where we as a family will get answers as to what happened to our Chunk. We don’t know if he died due to the sepsis or mental health. We just don’t know yet! We are raising money to help Charlene and her family in these extreme difficult times. As most people are aware Charlene and her family have recently had their world ripped apart and just before Christmas as well.
