PLEASE HELP A FAM IN THAILAND!!!

I need some help, my friends!! I made a very close friend in Thailand. Her daughter is 6 years old. She allowed me to take her to the beach. I bought her a floaty-tube and let her go out into the ocean. A wave knocked her off of her tube, and she went into the water. By the time I got to her, she was literally dead. The Lifeguards revived her and she is now doing well. She is the most precious soul I have ever met. According to Buddhist beliefs, her mother feels like she needs to repay Buddha for saving her life by saving another soul. Annually, Buddhist Monks purchase cows from area farmers, and provide a place that they can live their full lives, rather than being slaughtered. My friend has asked me to purchase one of these cows to compensate for her daughter's life being spared by the ocean. Cost is roughly $1,ooo.oo. Please help me purchase a cow!!
