This May 26, GOALS Haiti is joining the global celebration of World Football Day, a moment to recognize what the game makes possible beyond the scoreboard.
In rural Haiti, that’s not a tagline. It’s what happens every afternoon when 300 kids step onto a GOALS field to learn, to grow, and to belong.
This World Football Day, we’re asking you to give to keep that field alive.
For 15 years, GOALS has shown up in Léogâne, through earthquakes, hurricanes, and ongoing instability, repairing fields, rebuilding classrooms, and making sure kids always have a safe place to go.
One of those kids is Esthericove Joseph. She joined GOALS at age 7. Years later, she represented Haiti at the FIFA Women’s World Cup.
She’s not the exception, she’s what’s possible when young people have consistent support, opportunity, and belief.
Today, that same opportunity exists for hundreds of children and it depends on sustained support.
Your gift today directly supports:
• Daily football and Purposeful Play
• Tutoring and literacy programs
• Nutritious meals for participating youth
• Coaches, tutors, and local staff who show up every day
In 2025 alone, GOALS Haiti delivered:
• 300 youth engaged daily across 3 communities
• 600 hours of free tutoring
• Over 52,000 meals provided
• 100% of girls reporting increased leadership and confidence
As the world turns its attention to the World Cup, the stakes feel just as high on our fields in Haiti.
Because here, football is more than a game. It is a pathway.
Give today to ensure that field stays open.
Thank you for playing for something bigger.
