- Hi, my name is Eloise Spurgeons and it has always been my dream to share lessons I've learned in the garden these past 30 years. My dream has come true in a camp July 11-17th for girls age 12-14 to spend days in the garden, with speakers in the academic tent, arts and crafts, the monarch butterfly experience, and leadership and transformation training on the campus of Knox College in Galesburg IL giving them a taste of what college may look like as they stay in the dorms. This is a beautiful opportunity to compare how we plan and care for the garden to how we plan and care for our body and mind resulting in the harvests we reap. No girl will be turned away for her inability to pay.
