Plannr Consulting's First In-Person Expo Event

Hi, we are Advika and Srilekha, the founders of Plannr Consulting, a fully student-run 501c3 mental health nonprofit organization. The main mission of Plannr Consulting is to enhance student health by offering free personalized sessions and spreading mental health awareness through impactful events.

We started Plannr Consulting when we were juniors in high school, a bit over 3 years back, when the pandemic was at its peak. In high school, we realized that there was no real system of support neither academically nor socially to help reduce student stress. We wanted to shatter the stigma around mental health so that students would feel comfortable expressing their emotions and feel a sense of community.

Now Plannr Consulting has done over 100 consultations, organized 11 campaigns each attended by over 200 participants, and acquired over 2000 followers on social media. Our campaigns have covered topics from imposter syndrome to the intersection between sustainability and mental health.

We want to continue to positively impact the student community by launching our first in-person event at the UT Austin campus. This event will be a mental health exposition addressing relevant mental health issues and providing potential services through the booths on topics such as men's mental health, BIPOC-oriented mental health services, etc.
