Tuition to Success

I am Markeem Martin and I want to raise money to help pay for my college tuition. Due to low money income into my home, I am unfortunately unable to pay the rest of the tuition every year. I am still applying to multiple scholarships every week, trying and trying to raise as much money as I can so that it would not be such a burden on my parents. As many others,  I am a 2020 Senior. I attend Amos P. Godby High school,  my unweighted GPA is 3.45 and my weighted GPA is 3.66. I participate in the sports of track and weight lifting, along with football. I received the award for # 4 in the Top Ten for Academics on the Varsity football team. I have always enjoyed being active, participating in City T-ball, Flag football, baseball and Pop Warner football for 3 years. I have many volunteer hours helping in the community, school events, and as a member in my church’s teen ministry.
 I plan on attending Stetson University . I will continue on in college playing football, which I was offered by both of those schools. I plan to major in Nursing, in hope of becoming an RN who help people. I also will pursue my dreams of playing professional football and going to the NFL. I am the youngest out of four brothers who I love dearly. I will be the first to attend a University in my family and the first to go on with a scholarship to play football. But it is a private university, and unfortunately they are one of  the few private universities in Florida that doesn't give out football money. So I am reaching out for a helping hand to help me in the pursuit of college and my dreams. I will appreciate any and every donation big or small. God bless.
