Phoenix is sick I need help

My cat Phoenix has been throwing up a lot for like a week now and before she does she hisses as if it causes her pain. She's also been really sleepy and hasn't been eating her food. I need to take her to the vet but don't have the funds to pay for the vet bill, the Uber to take us to her vet and any procedures they may have to do to make her better. Please if you can find it in your heart to help me help my cat I would be eternally grateful.
