Philip Luber's Hurricane Relief

Who would have thought that Hurricane Harvey, or as Gayle likes to jokingly call it, "Hurricane Zadie" would be so devastating on our brother Phil, amongst so many others.

Phil Luber, our brother, lives in Pasadena TX, Harris County, with his wife and daughter in a small house that flooded Saturday.  6-10 inches of water were standing throughout the house, ruining the floors, walls, furniture, electronics and so much more. The water in their house has receded but they are stuck there because every road around them and all of Houston is flooded.  Their electricity is out. Phil and his wife, Jackie both work full time but cannot get to work and even if they could, their work places are closed and flooded. They don't know when their work places will reopen. They live paycheck to paycheck as many of us do. 

Phil is very handy and can do most of the work himself on weekends but could use help funding building supplies and everyday expenses such as food, water and electricity until they can get back to work and back on their feet.
