My grandparents have always been there for me and for their children, for their neighbors and for their friends. But now it's our turn to be there for them.
At 11pm, March 2nd, the house in Sherrard, Illinois, that my grandparents have called home for my entire life, caught fire. The damage is undeniable, and they've lost a lifetime's worth of keepsakes, heirlooms, and necessities. Please consider donating any amount to this fund so that we can help Kennie and Louise Phares get back on their feet.
Of course, they'll be furious when they've realized I've set this account up for them, as they are incredibly reluctant to accept help, but I know that they deserve it, as they are the most deserving and genuine people I've ever known. Thank you all so much.
