Jason’s Medical Expenses

On Wednesday September 26 Jlmy son Jason  went to the Optometrist thinking he needed glasses because he was experiencing blurry vision for a few weeks. The Optometrist sent him to the Opthamologist. They found that his optic nerves were swollen and sent him to the Emergency Room.  Jason’s blood pressure was extremely high and he was placed in the ICU.  CT scan, MRI and other tests were done. They found fluid on the brain.  After several days in Regional One ICU in Memphis, Jason was transferred to Methodist University for addition MRIs and testing. He is being followed the Neurosurgeons and we are waiting for the next plan.  Unfortunately Jason does not have health insurance and the time he is missing from work is unpaid.  We are not sure how long Jason will be in the hospital. We do know that surgery will be needed along with a follow up with Neurology.  He will also need to follow up with the Cardiologist regarding other issues found during this hospilization.  I have started this gofundme with the hope of raising funds to help offset the medical bills and lost wages that Jason is going to have.  If you can help it would be greatly appreciated.  Prayers are always welcome.  Thank you for your help in sharing this to get the word out.
