Support for PGA Members and Families in Ukraine.

The reason we are helping the PGA Ukraine is that Jeff and Anna, members of the PGA Ukraine fled after the first wave of attacks on Kyiv, their story is harrowing.

These funds can get directly to those GOLFERS and their families  that need it for medical supplies, shelter, transport, communications, food and cloths. 

Anna's Parents are still in Ukraine which is very frightening.

This is their story: 

Four weeks ago, we were teaching golfers how to grip a 7 iron. Now, we are all trying to survive. 

My name is Jeff Vinall, my wife Anna and I are asking for help from the golf community to support our brothers and sisters as we all defend the land that we love and survive this terrible situation.

 

Russia is in active War with Ukraine, as soon as the missiles hit Kyiv, we jumped into the car and headed West. We were prepared, and we were able to escape to Poland. The trip was harrowing and traumatizing, but it is even worse for the people who remain behind.

 Anna and I are doing all we can to help refugees at the Polish border.

We want to raise funds for purely humanitarian reasons for the Golfers and their families.

Our current priorities:

1. Assist our members and their families.

2. Deliver needed medicine to hospitals

3. Assist refugees at the Polish border.

 

All funds received will be distributed in Ukraine directly to the PGA members and their families.

Today there are Two families in Holland, A family in Germany, Two families in Spain, Two families in Poland.

 

I am confident that the community of golf professionals will step up to help us. We will be eternally grateful.

We are not a charity just a small company using our Corporate status to help people in need.

There has been a campaign in America by the Golf World which went to Unicef, so far none of that money has reached PGA Ukraine or its members or their families.

This way the money goes straight to the local support team in Ukraine and Poland, Jeff and Anna and to the team. 

Yesterday we had a very good video call with the Head of the CGP thanks to (Matthias Nemes and Olzabal Design, a donor) the CGP is going to coordinate significant financial support through their Golf Industry Charities.

Our combined plan will be to help support PGA Ukraine Families of the 37 PGA Ukraine Members and the families to relocate if they want to, we will arrange for Golf Resorts in Europe to take on the Lady members who can work and live at these Golf Resorts, the 37 families will be supported in Ukraine too. 

The wives of the PGA Ukraine Men will be offered also relocation packages fully funded until their husbands can join them. 

Once everything is more stable the PGA In Ukraine can rebuild again.
