Medical Expenses for Dad
5 1/2 years ago friends and family showed Doug and I an earthly love, support and generosity like we’d never experienced. It blessed us so much more than the “thank you” could express.
This time, if you are able, we are asking for financial help, but more importantly, your support in prayer. Dad is critical and will be rushed to a hospital in Philly for an emergency transplant. Although he has insurance, the out of pocket copays have been astronomical for his treatment and meds. Mom has been traveling for hours everyday and her car is not the most reliable. The bills are mounting and we are feeling helpless. This is a tough time for all and we don’t want you to give if you are sacrificing fulfilling your own responsibilities. God will and does provide. In addition, Mom was incredibly touched by your outpouring of love and generosity so far. Because she will be traveling back and forth to Philly starting, tomorrow, I will keep track of those she will want to thank and give her the funds every few days.
