Hello everyone- we are fundraising for Peyton Marie. On August 15th, we discovered Peyton had a brain tumor. She has a diffuse hemispheric gliomaH3G34 mutant variation. Peyton was admitted to Saint Francis and had her 1st brain surgery on the 18th. 

Due to the nature of Peyton’s tumor, her case was taken on by Saint Jude’s Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN. Our family left for Saint Jude’s housing on September 4th. 

Her first round of treatment was delayed, due to her needing a 2nd brain surgery. Peyton had to heal from that before radiation treatment could begin. This surgery was performed on the 27th of September. 

Peyton had her 8 weeks of radiation treatment and chemotherapy- and on December 8th, we came back home. 3 months of being away from home. 

Peyton had a follow-up MRI on January 9th where it confirmed her cancer had spread. She has been given a possibility of weeks-to-months left to live. 

We want to make this process as comfortable for her as possible and let her live as many life experiences as we can plan.
