Help Peyton Breeze get a diabetic dog

Peyton Breeze Steinwinder was born on January 20, 2010. On March 18th, 2013 she was diagnosed with Type I diabetes. We are here today to ask for help in raising money towards a Wildrose British Labrador.

. It is a constant up and down battle for Peyton and all of us who care and love for her. Although she has adapted to living with diabetes, anything to make her life easier would help. Peyton is a very loving 4 year old who loves to swim, spend time with family, play t-ball, go on jeep rides, dancing, singing, eating, and drinking. If you know anyone with diabetes you would understand the eating and drinking part. Being only 4 years old, recognizing sypmtons of low and high blood sugar is something Peyton can not do on her own. Wildrose British Labradors are trained to notify owners of low and high blood glucose levels. A hypoglycemic attack can lead to a seizure, coma, or death. I understand that 10,000 is a lot for a dog. These dogs start at 8,500 and are very expensive to maintain. They eat a special kind of food and require many vet visits! All support is welcomed!! This dog could change her life forever. Being a diabetic and going to school next year we have to trust the teachers and administration to make sure our Peyton breeze is going to be safe at all times. Having a diabetic dog means he could go to school with her and fulfill that duty. As everyone knows one teachers attention can not be focused on one kids safety. We hope to get this story across and everyone sees the true meaning of all this. Which is to keep Peyton safe at all places. Anywhere Peyton goes her doggy goes with her!!
