Peyton suffered a massive stroke (waiting on an official diagnosis but it looks like a hemorrhagic stroke) on Sunday, March 24th which led to emergency brain surgery. Peyton is alive and responsive but is at the beginning of the journey to recovery. She is currently in the Neuroscience ICU and doctors are working to restore her to health. Peyton is 20 years old and has a lot of life to live! We want to come around Peyton, her parents, and siblings to help with the costs of these unexpected medical expenses that are only beginning. Peyton has a long road ahead but we are confident she is a fighter and that she has and will defy the odds of what is stacked against her.

One way we can help the family is through the financial burden they are facing. Peyton works at Starbucks and was about to finish enrolling for insurance but the paperwork did not finalize. So Peyton is uninsured.
