Pete's Back Surgery

My name is Pete  Kingree.  I am 43 years old.  I have a 14 year old son, a 3 year old son, and a 6 year old daughter with my beautiful wife, Marlene.

I have spinal stenosis and a herniated disc.  Since the onset in February it has gotten progressively worse.  I can barely walk and get around now.  I need surgery that I cannot afford.   

I am not able to be the father my kids deserve. I cannot play with them, hold them, or tuck them in at night.  If I walk through the house, I am afraid they may run into me and knock me over. More importantly, I cannot provide for them unless I get better.  I will lose my job if I do not get this surgery, and I do not know what work if any I will be able to do.
