Pete's Broken and Broke Please Help

I started my own business Junkin' and Stuff (officially on 1/1/17) and it has been quite successful until on 2/28/18 when I was severely injured on the job. I crushed my femur and knee resulting in two surgeries so far. Due to the extent of this injury, I am totally immobile and am forced to put my business on hold until fully recovered, which could be up to an entire year. Being a new one man business, I do not have health or disability insurance and am suddenly finding myself drowning in medical bills. At this time I have zero means of producing income.
