My only son, my pet need surgery torn ACL

I'm Michael K. Boyea and my wife Donna A. Boyea, Harley my only son, even though his a four legged son. :-)
He stepped into a mole hole and torn his ACL in his rear leg.  Therefore, requires surgery.   Cost is minimum of $1400.  He is our only pet, but to me, not a pet but my first son as I don't have any human sons, and he stay's in our home. NOT A PET WHOM IS OUTSIDE ALL THE TIME!  He, Harley very much part of our family constantly like a human child. He has allergies and seizures.    Harley was a rescue dog which we paid for.  He is 6 yr old, now and  is or was full of energy.  Part Australian shepherd and Alaskan Husky.  Beautiful pet.  No BS here, everything can be verified by calling Town & Country Veterinarian Hospital in Decherd, TN.  I would place the phone number but website won't allow me to do so but google it and Harley is under Michael or Donna Boyea.  Any donation is more than welcome!  We are both retired on SS and I'm also disabled and a Navy Vet.  Thanks for reading this and your consideration is gratefully  appreciated.
