Perry needs a car

Perry was in a very serious accident in March of this year and his car was totaled. He spent a couple of months in the hospital to recover and continues to go to physical therapy to regain his strength and mobility.  He has recently returned to work part-time but has been faced with transportation issues.  The transportation service often doesn't show up to pick him up which often makes him miss work or his appointments.  In addition to his transportation challenges, his medical bills and unforeseen expenses are adding up.
