Permanently disabled severe neck and back injury

Aloha from the Keaulani Ohana My name is Paka and this is a first for me being in the situation my family and I are in, I’m usually the one offering the help and not asking for it. But as the days go by my family and I are starting to run out of rope. This is honestly been one of the hardest experiences of my life as well as my family. I never imagined myself in this situation, but here we are. Any little bit of help would be greatly appreciated and much needed. Thank you for any and all of your support. "In 2020, I underwent lower back surgery and was on the road to recovery loving life with my new back when my life and my family’s was changed forever. Four months post-surgery, my family and I were rear-ended by a Ford F150 traveling at a high rate of speed while we were at a dead stop in our 2015 Camry 2 times. The 2 impacts caused severe damage to my lower back surgery and neck, leaving me permanently disabled and unable to work or drive a car. My daughter Hilina’i had to have EMS come out for a mild head injury along with heavy, bruising all over her body from the belts and my wife Momo suffered whiplash. Since the accident, I have been on bedrest for three years, under heavy medication and continuous severe pain and procedures. I have been forced to rely on State disability benefits as my only source of income/medical and have not received a paycheck in three years. This has caused a severe financial hardship for myself and my family, as we have had to exhaust our savings and max out credit cards to cover expenses. Despite our best efforts, bills continue to pile up and we are struggling to make ends meet. I am in the process of applying for Social Security Disability benefits, but that is taking much much longer than I anticipated. The worst part about the whole thing besides my injuries, and dealing with severe pain. Every day and being bedridden is the fact that my daughter has suffered the most, we no longer can go do the fun activities we are used to such as surfing, diving riding dirt bike, exploring and just having fun together in the ocean, and it breaks my heart because now she just kind of hangs around the house and worry’s about Daddy all the time I miss the girl she used to be and all the fun we had and making all the videos for her and my IG and watching all the support she received and her IG grow it is truly heartbreaking for me. I am reaching out for help from my community to assist me and my family during this difficult time. Any help is appreciated, and we will use the funds raised to cover medical bills, living expenses, and other necessary costs. Thank you for your generosity and support." 6/20/2023 - 3 Epidural injections L-5 bilateral and S-1 right side (second time for this one) 6/23/2023- Doctors submitted request for 2 more Epidural injections for my neck. The outpouring of support is heavy bringing out tears of relief and hope instead of tears of worry, desperation, and pain thank you all so much me and my family deeply appreciate your love and support mahalo
6/28/2023 - doctors putting in request for 2 more medial branch blocks on lower back, followed by six more RFA‘s in lower back over my back surgery area
