Pelican Relief Fund

Donation protected
The goal of the Pelican Relief Fund is to provide support as quickly and expeditiously as possible to families affiliated with Paden Elementary School in Alameda who are facing dire financial circumstances as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.

The COVID-19 pandemic is a global challenge, but one that has had a uniquely detrimental impact on local communities. It has impacted everyone, from families whose employment has been terminated or curtailed - particularly in the service industry, to those with underlying health issues, to those who have become ill from the virus, to those who may just need help getting through a rough patch.

The Pelican Relief Fund was created by parent volunteers who wish to ensure all Pelicans thrive during this time of crisis. All families are welcome to reach out for support - our goal is to ensure our community weathers this pandemic  safely and is able to continue to thrive and learn.

All funds donated are given directly to Pelican families in need. Per state laws, this organization is not affiliated with Paden Elementary School or the PTA. All funds contributed to the Pelican Relief Fund come from individuals and companies that have stepped up to give directly to this cause.

In addition to donating here, you can also help provide internet access for a family who needs it. To express interest in sponsoring internet, please fill out this form.

Thank you so much for your support for our community!
