Pedro’s Mexican Grill, Elk City
Pedro’s, located on old Rt. 66 in Elk City, Ok. Succumbed to a fire late Friday night, early Saturday morning. This has left our entire restaurant family without jobs and uncertainty of what’s next as many of our employees have been with us for quite some time. We have a few that have been there since it started and a couple of others for 12 & 13 years.
Pedro’s has been in business for 14 years this past October, we’ve come to love our customers as family, as we hoped they have done the same with us. We’ve celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, championships, even the celebration of life weather it be a newborn or remembering a loved one.
There is also the traffic we get from Old 66, we have people from all across the globe that travel down the iconic highway every year and make it a point to stop in a see us! We love seeing their faces each and every year.
Sadly now we are facing a long road ahead of us to try and repair the damage done. We have such a loving and caring community that I know stands behind us, we appreciate all the prayers and outpouring of love everyone has shown. It means the world to us.
