A few weeks ago we sent everyone in Fairfax Shotokan Karate Club (FSKC) an email trying to collect money to help one of our former FSKC students, Pedro, who was in ICU in a hospital in Bolivia. Pedro used to train in Fairfax and a few years ago returned to Bolivia to marry and has since had two children with a third on the way.
The unfortunate news is that Pedro has passed away. We, FSKC, would like to help ease the burden on his wife and family by raising money for medical expenses and funeral costs.
We set a goal to collect five thousand dollars to help with the expenses associated with his death. Hopefully with everyones generosity we may exceed that goal! Please help with any denomination you can spare! Your help will be greatly appreciated.
