PEARL ISLAND BAHAMAS HURRICANE DORIAN RELIEF FUND
Hello, we here at Pearl Island Bahamas are absolutely devastated to hear of the tragic disaster that is currently striking Abaco, Grand Bahama, and the other surrounding islands. Seeing that the great majority of our employees have family in the impacted areas, with zero contact to them, has drawn us to the conclusion that we cannot wait around and not act on the situation.
We are a local tour operator in Nassau, Bahamas, offering daily excursions to our island, 15 minutes from mainland Nassau. We are ever so grateful that Pearl Island and Nassau were not impacted by the storm, but nonetheless, seeing this massive destruction in the northwestern areas of our beautiful country is absolutely heart breaking.
The islands of Abaco and Grand Bahama are completely destroyed! We are going to need YOUR HELP with funding in order to support these islands during times of grief and destruction. Many have lost EVERYTHING.
With YOUR help, we can supply the growing amount of victims with items that are of quintessential necessity in times of survival.
This money will be used to support the outer islands as best as humanly possible during these periods of struggle and heartache. As well, we intend to support local organizations on the strenuous path toward aiding and rebuilding these beautiful islands.
We ask that you kindly donate money in order for our groups to purchase:
- Medication
- Canned goods
- Boxed food items
- Clothes, especially for the children
- Water
- Beverages
- Toiletries
- Hygiene items
- Tools
- Bedding
- Flash lights
- Batteries
- Candles
100% of these donations will provide IMMEDIATE disaster relief and support to the communities of Grand Bahama, Abaco and surrounding areas.
