Had a serious accident on the freeway

Injuries caused by accident are waist down had major surgery done to both legs & hip in severe pain & trauma no family Here  His both legs are damaged. He was taken to emergency where they performed emergency surgeries on his legs. He has no health insurance. He has multiple stitches from surgery. Hospital is not helping him remove stitches since he has no health insurance. Please help him get his treatment.
