Paying Tribute to Mervyn Mally Kennedy - Covid -19
This page is set up to help the family of
MERVYN MALLY
To loose one parent is hard but to loose
both parents suddenly in a matter days is unthinkable. Just 16 years after coping
with the unexpected death of my mum to pneumonia, Covid-19 has now claimed the life of my dad. Both respiratory illness,
both sudden, both leaving their 3
daughters in a state of shock and grief.
We trust in an all knowing God who understands our pain and has promised to never leave our side as long as we cling to Him.
Our appeal is simple. My father was a
senior bus driver. A key worker for the U.K
government but never considered priority enough to be supplied with the right
protective equipment on his job. We need to raise awareness to all our key workers
that are NOT NHS staff. The state claims
these workers are essential so they need
to be prioritised too when PPE is being
distributed.
We are raising funds to put towards his
funeral as well as charities that will help
protect our non NHS key workers. They
are the core underdogs of keeping the
country running and getting those
important NHS workers to and from work to help save lives. Please, please help us
sound the alarm to raise the concern that these men and women are on the frontline too!
