Paying tribute to Mel Velazquez

Due to the unfortunate passing of Mel, we were not prepared for this extra financial hardship.  We would like to give Mel a memorial he deserves, to honor him and to say goodbye.  We are asking his friends and family for donations, any amount will help.  Our family greatly appreciates it, thank you!
