Paying Tribute to Angel Ursua

Angel was a man full of life and love. He was a great father,  an amazing husband, and a mentor to anyone that needed a shoulder to lean on. When anyone needed advice, Angel was there for them and made them feel like they could take on the world. He taught his children values and the importance of having god and peace in your heart. Angel’s world was his three amazing children and his beautiful wife. He would work extremely long hrs and more than one job to give his family all they deserved and more.

A few days ago Angel suffered a stroke and in result suffered a brain aneurysm that left him in a state of coma to which the doctors ultimately reached out to his wife and parents to let them know there was no more that they could do. And then sadly, Angel’s life was cut short and ended very abruptly.

He leaves behind his children and wife . We are hoping to raise money to help with his funeral expenses as well as to assist his wife in these very hard times. Covid brought a heavy weight onto his working status, but he always kept pushing no matter how high the hurdles. But now his wife is left alone to fend for herself and to take care of their three children. 

If you knew Angel you would know how much of an amazing man he was . You would know Angel was a strong believer in sharing the word of god. You would know Angels happy place was spending time with his children, watching movies, and sharing with them his passion for music. You would know he was a very active man, who took great pride in healthy living,  and was dedicated to practicing martial arts. And you would know how much he adored his wonderful wife and family. 

He was always taking his sons to activities that kept them involved in each other’s lives. You would know he never had any other words but “yes my love” for his wife, and also had such a huge sense of respect for his mother in law, or as he called her “Mom”.  He called everyone “Mija” or “Mijo”,  and gave the biggest hugs and always had time to catch up with you. “Familia” meant everything to him. 

Yesterday Angel was just a man with a kind heart and another organ donor. Today Angel became a hero to 5 people and saved their lives giving a little of himself to them.
