Help with bills during surgery

I recently got an infection from a wound that has now turned into osteomyelitis, a bone infection. The bone infection is causing the bones in my big toe to erode and fracture and slowly spread to the other bones in my foot. In order to save the foot the toe will have to be amputated, most likely to the head of the metatarsal, so the bone of the foot. My calf muscles will also have to be lengthened to compensate for the load that my toe is no longer absorbing. 

As as of right now I am unable to even stand for more than a few minutes with out being in excruciating pain. Which means I’m obviously unable to work. More than likely I will be unable to work for some time. I am not looking for help with medical bills as they will all be greatly reduced to reasonable numbers at one point or another. What I will need help with is making sure I don’t lose my home, my truck, or get my lights or phone shut off.

The total goal number is three months worth of bills for me. Not food, not gas, or even insulin. Just normal life bills. Any amount of help would be appreciated. Any one who knows me, knows I wouldn’t ask for help unless I actually felt like I needed it. I am going to need help.
