Paul’s Warriors

Our family is raising money for our dear friend   Paul Ray. Paul is such an incredible member of our community and his family is in need of our support.

In March Paul was diagnosed with a Central   Nervous System Lymphoma, which is a brain    tumor. Paul has undergone brain surgery,         where they removed a piece of the tumor to    biopsy it. Paul is being cared for at Shannon’s  daughter and boyfriends home, by Shannon      and his girls and Jordan and her boyfriend.       They have a long road ahead of them as Paul   has to regain strength to walk, and do daily.      things. He is receiving services for OT and PT at home as well.

Due to our current situation Paul’s  oncologist has started him on an Antibody Treatment        that will be once every three weeks and also   he will take an oral chemo pill at home for 5         days following that treatment. Paul will              eventually get a port put in and receive chemo inpatient where he will have to stay in hospital for 4 days, but that’s on hold until things quiet down in hospitals and it’s not so risky.

Money raised will go towards medical bills,      medications that he needs, scans and anything else that they will need during this time as          Shannon will be needing to stay out of work to       care for him. They also need to do some              updating to their home in Palmyra so Paul and Shannon and their girls can come home. 

Our family is asking that we come together as a community and raise money to help Paul and his family through the long road they have        ahead of them.  Paul and his family need us,       let’s be his WARRIORS and show him we are   standing by him and his family.
