Pauline Borzillo has worked with Innovation Group for over 12 years and during this time and has really cemented herself as the face of the company.
She is a mother of 3 boys the youngest currently undertaking VCE studies and is the sole wage earner in her family.
Whilst she has 3 children of her own she is also an unofficial mother to many that are in contact with her on a daily basis.
She is an extremely kind hearted, selfless and a positive individual who is now in need of our support.
2 weeks ago Pauline was diagnosed with breast cancer. It was a shock diagnosis and within days of hearing the news her world turned upside down.
Upon receipt of the news her first thoughts as per usual were of others around her, and how they were going to take this news as well as what support the team would receive to service the customers whilst she was not going to be there.
She is currently undergoing surgery this week and begins her fight to beat this horrible and relentless disease. Pauline’s main focus is on her recovery and it is during this period of time that she will not be able to work. As Pauline is the sole wage earner for her family we can only imagine the financial strain and burden that she is now faced with over the coming months.
