Paula's Fire Damage Fund

My name is Brooke Rueter, and I live in Effingham, Illinois. My mother, Paula Powers, is from Hannibal, Missouri. Around 7pm on December 18th in Hannibal, Missouri, my mother's home went up in flames, destroying most of her worldy posessions. She luckily escaped with her and her dog's lives, but watched as everything she owned was taken away from her. The fire started on her neighbor's side of their duplex in a suspected arson. Paula is an incredible woman who does nothing but give to others and to see her have so much taken away is heartbreaking. She spends countless hours working for the Hannibal Regional Hospital to help others and we are hoping to return the favor. We want to help raise money for her insurance deductible and to help make sure she has even the most basic human necessities like blankets and clothes. Anything helps make a difference; my sisters and our families just want to help our amazing mother get back on her feet after she has given so much. These funds will be primarily spent on her insurance deductable as well as basic human necessaties such as clothes and food. The money will be deposited  to her through this GoFundMe account.
