Patrick Mosley

Patrick is currently at Duke Heart Center in the Cardiac ICU fighting for his life. The doctors think this may have all been caused by a tick but unsure; but Patrick developed a high fever for several days- he went to the hospital and they didn't find anything- labs and swabs so he was sent home. Then the chest pain and shortness of breath started. He ended up going to duke and by the time he got there he had to be carried. His oxygen was low, heart rate high, blood pressure bottoming out. They realized he had an infection (eventually learned it was his heart) when they attempted to but a balloon pump in because his heart was severely damaged his heart stopped and they performed CPR to get him back. He now has a different kind of pump for his heart, dialysis to support his kidneys just to name a few things going on. His heart is now much better where they are talking about removing the pump and everything is improving with God's Grace but he has not woken up yet as of now (continue praying!!!!)

As you can see his medical bills will be incredibly high. Thousands. One day stay at VCU is $10,000 so I can only imagine what duke cardiac icu is.

His mother is traveling daily. Food is expensive. Let's please help them. I will personally give every dollar collected to his mom to help her and him.

Patrick is an amazing individual. Hardworking, caring, and has a true genuine caring heart. Anyone who knows him is truly blessed to have him in their life. Before this he wasn't ever severely sick. He needs our prayers and help.
