Our beloved Mom recently passed on August 13. Patricia Ann Chittenden was a wonderful sister, mother, friend, mentor, and shoulder to cry on. She positively influenced the lives of those around her. She leaves behind her children Ted, David and Lynda; her grandchildren Sabrina, Izabella, Cody and Teddy and four great-grandchildren.
Patty was generous in heart and spirit. She was inspirational to many. She raised two clever, independent boys who are blind, a beautiful, intelligent daughter and an entire neighborhood. Patty taught us to reject limitations, read everything, and laugh at ourselves.
We are all devastated by Patty’s loss and were unprepared for the high funeral service cost. We want to give Patty the memorial she deserves, honor her memory and say our last goodbyes.
We are asking for donations to help cover the cost of Patty’s funeral. We need to raise $12,000 to help with the funeral service and burial costs.
The funeral for my mom, Patty Chittenden, will be held over two days: Monday, August 22 and Tuesday, August 23, 2022.
On Monday, there will be a viewing with people memorializing their experiences with my mom between 1:30 and 3:30 p.m. at Hansen Mortuary Chapel:

Following the Mass at approximately 6 p.m. will be a “Celebration Of Life” event at Patty's residence.
On Tuesday, the burial ceremony where we may say any last words before my mom goes to her final resting place will take place at 9:30 a.m. at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery:
