Pat is waiting for Liver Transplant

This is for my brother Pat Manning who is in desperate need of a live organ donor for a liver transplant. We are hoping one of his sons is a match but we are still waiting.
If neither is a match, then we will have to see if somone from the transplant data base is. Our family is small and because of age we do not qualify to be a donor.
Meanwhile, his finances and health is running low. Pat and his wife Janet are team drivers for a trucking company and when Pat could no longer drive they both came off the road. With savings and income dwindling Janet has recently had to return to work and is gone for 3-4 days a week.
We need the money to help with medical and living expenses. He is on a special diet, parking at hospitals are expensive and he needs to have someone to help him when Janet is away. CCAC only covers so much and he is waiting for their assessment of his needs. He will need more than CCAC provides and they will have to pay for extra services. It will give Janet some piece of mind that Pat is looked after.
