Pat Gardner Medical Fund

When our state was burning earlier this summer, our dedicated and compassionate employee, Pat Gardner, made sure firefighters were well fed. Pat never missed a beat, preparing hundreds of meals in the middle of the night for delivery hours away. Pat was also there to prepare and smoke Thanksgiving turkeys for hundreds of customers during the holiday. Now, Pat needs our help. 


A week before Christmas, Pat was rushed to the emergency room for pneumonia. A few days later, he was diagnosed with lung cancer. Pat, along with the rest of his Longhorn family, now anxiously wait to find out the exact type of cancer and the treatment plan. While we wait for answers, we want to help Pat focus on his health and not on the medical bills and other expenses that come along with a life-changing diagnosis. Pat has been on unemployment since November due to the 2nd round of statewide shutdowns.
