To good people everywhere.
For those of you who have been following me on Facebook and other social media platforms over the last couple of years, you would be aware that my life changed rather drastically on the 19th May 2017 when I (along with several other members of our community) was brutally assaulted by the NSW Police Force at the behest of Family and Community Services. Since this terrible event witnessed by thousands of people on social media, of this child's shocking abduction , I have been dragged into a variety of court cases by FACS in a futile attempt to suppress Truth. I have been fighting draconian suppression laws that could put me in gaol for up to life imprisonment and I have also been criminally charged for allegedly sharing facebook posts identical to posts shared by thousands of other people on Facebook. I have been publicly defamed and had my Ministry and Music work nearly completely decimated, I have fought and won two defamation court cases against multi national corporations, and I have done all this without any legal representation and with next to no money.
As a result of these life changing events I have dedicated my life work to fighting for our fundamental human rights and our right to life, especially the rights of our innocent children stolen unlawfully by FACS. I am currently in four court cases challenging the unconstitutional suppression laws that prevent people in NSW from speaking truth, I am challenging the closed children's court system that exists nationally in Australia that although purported to protect the best interests of children, has now become a mechanism to protect individuals and organisations that traffic children for profit and other nefarious reasons. I am also challenging Family and Community Services a Government Department that is responsible for more suffering to families everywhere than any other group or organisation in NSW, a department in absolute crisis. I do all this to help protect our children and grandchildren that have now to a large degree, become nothing more than mere financial units to this disgraceful department. Many Australians are not even aware of how terrible the situation actually is, with thousands of children now being removed without any legal right or justification, with no judicial oversight, and often based on nothing more than hearsay or evidence that is completely fabricated and unquestionably accepted by a fast failing judicial system.
Many Australians are not aware that NSW removes more children per capita than any other State, Territory or Country in the World. That thousands of children are still today ripped from our First Nation brothers and sisters and that the NSW State Government is complicit in a shocking Genocide that is today in 2019 worse than it ever has been. This situation has now expanded to include more and more children and it appears that our own tax payer funded and elected Government will stop at nothing to hide this shocking truth from it's own people.
I hope through the assistance of these funds to continue to challenge and change these Laws, to educate people everywhere about the truth of what is happening. I also intend to run as an independent in the forthcoming State Elections so I can continue to raise awareness and advocate for all those impacted by this disgraceful situation.
I exist on "dana" generosity for all my good work but I am now for the first time in over 18 months asking for your help and support with an additional legal fighting fund.
I believe we are fast approaching the end of the rule of law and I fail to comprehend how any family who has had a child removed by Child Protection in any State or Territory would ever be able to get any form of real justice or real genuine support in this system in absolute crisis.
