Keeping the Paryev's Together

Donation protected
Greetings, we are the Paryev family.

My husband Yury and I have been married for five years and have two smart, fun and amazing two year old twin boys, Max and Jack. Yury works full time on a dairy farm and I work as practical nurse part time and I am attending  school to be a registered nurse part time. Yury and I love our lives. We have a very close and supporting family; who have financially helped us all they can. We love our jobs and our home and would love to stay in Wisconsin forever. The problem is we have a big dark cloud that has been looming over us daily: Deportation.

Yury is a native from Russia. He came to the United States on a student visa to study agriculture and we met through a mutual friend. Like many young people, Yury had made the not so wise choice of drinking and driving. He has completed the necessary courses, has paid his fines, and has learned his lessons well. Yury has been crime free for years now, but still, the board of immigration thinks his negative equities outweigh any of his positive and that he should not be permitted to stay with his family in the United States.

Yury is a wonderful loving and supporting father and husband. Without him, the emotional and financial burdens my children and I would suffer are unimaginable. Yury’s job on the farm, which he has for almost five years, provides our family with a home, utilities and income. My children are so lucky to have a man like Yury as their father and I am so blessed he is my husband. In this day in age keeping a family together is more important than ever and our kids deserve to grow up in a home with their mother and father.

We have already spent thousands of dollars fighting to keep our family together and safe in the United States. The next set of fee’s to appeal at a federal level are going to be around $15,000. We have already exhausted help from our families and we are desperately trying to scramble together enough money to pay our attorney to continue on with our appeal process. The daily stress that we will lack the finances we need to pursue this process is torture. Please, help support keeping our family together by donating helping with the costs of our attorney.

Thank you so much for taking the time to hear our story,

Yury, Mindy, Max and Jack Paryev
