Paralyzed Family Member Needs A Wheelchair Van
Donation protected
My cousin Dwayne who was paralyzed from the chest down 22 years ago in a boating accident has been in need of a wheelchair accessible van for quite some time. They have never asked for help, but at my urging they have agreed to ask for and accept the help of our great community. Dwayne has done so much over the years to help others with his encouraging and inspirational messages and he has done so happily hoping that others would be encouraged and inspired by his life's example.
In the past it has been difficult to get Dwayne out of the house because he doesn't have the proper transportation, but recently he was approved for an electric wheelchair which would allow him more mobility, but would require him to have a wheelchair lift in the van in order to leave the house, where currently he spends most of his time.
A new wheelchair along with a lift van will allow Dwayne to start rehab again, gain more strength in his body and start being more productive.
We will be appreciative and grateful for any donation that you feel led to give.
Thank you and God bless you,
Brandon Savaya
