Help Mel Battle Progressive MS

My beloved wife has progressive Multiple Sclerosis and with that disease you get no medication to prevent it getting worse see unable to walk any sort of distance. Myself “Mark” had spinal surgery in sept 2017 surgery didn’t work and I’m left with excruciating pain at time I also woke up to be unable to lift my left leg and had numbness from the knee down over next few months it progressed to my right leg and would cause paralysis of either one leg or the other or both lasting up to 6 hours over next sim months progressed to my arms and as so can wake up unable to move either limb and can last up to 6 hours and during it I’m just left to pray function comes back. Was diagnosed with Function Neurological Disorder ((FND also suffer with tremors and vertigo and now affects my bladder and now have a super pubic catheter. We need a single storey bedroom with a en suite bathroom so both of us can access bedroom and facilities easily as trying to have a shower in a bath is difficult and need a wet room. Also need to have a internal wall removed and also doors widened so a wheelchair can get through. my wife has progressive MS and her mobility gets worse by the day she has days where she cannot walk due to the MS, crazy but progressive MS has no NHS treatment they just watch as you get worse and worse. She also suffers from spins bifida since birth which also affects her mobility. Myself mobility gets worse as time goes on, never thought I would end up like I have medically unable to being able to help my wife. I’ve never done anything like this before and would be most grateful for any help given.
