Pain free back

Well its hard for me to ask for help, but I have learned its ok. For over two years now I have been dealing with lower back pain and sciatic nerve pain. I've been through a lot since then many injection and one minor surgery. Its now come down to a more major surgery. Where my discs are going to be fused together. The recovery time is 2 to 3 months. I'm only able to work a few hours a day till the pain is to much. Before I commit to this surgery I must save enough money for medical and living expenses to get me through the recovery time. So I'm hoping I can get some help from my friends and family.
