Paid Vacation For Our Essential Technicians

Since March our technicians have been working non-stop through the pandemic with little time off, helping our customers with their heating and cooling issues.

These guys and gals have stepped up and not only battled the summer heat as they always do, but have done it while abiding the state requirements of wearing a mask and gloves for a long period. While we do offer our technicians and installers 2 weeks paid vacation, we would love to offer all of them an extra week of paid vacation to spend with family and friends and not have to worry about getting paid. 

Our teams members have put their lives and family lives on the line for the past 7 months everyday to make sure our customers have been comfortable while at home/work, etc. They have exposed themselves to every home, while taking extra precautions to not bring anything into our customers homes, but also making sure they don’t bring anything home from work to their families.

Some people may think because we have been essential, that we should have gobs to pay an extra week. That’s unfortunately not the case, as we’ve had many customers not renew their services because they didn’t want non-immediate family in their home. In addition to that just like many other companies, we have had higher expenses each month for PPE gear, and have tried not to pass that onto our loyal customers.
