This is Pat. (AKA Patrick, AKA Paddy, AKA Paddy B.) Father, husband, brother, son, tremendous friend and all-around amazing human being.
About a month ago, we received the shitty news that Pat has the Big C. (Specifically stage 4 colon cancer, which has metastasized to his liver.)
It was a major blow for all of us, but the news was met almost immediately with a tsunami of love, support, mega heaps of hope and a solid treatment plan. (He’s truly in the best hands and ready to fight—and we’re all so incredibly grateful!)
In spite of all this, it’s still a long road ahead, and between working, managing treatments, and taking care 14-year-old Adeline and 14-month-old Kemper, Pat and his wife Jane have got plenty on their plates.
If you know Paddy, you know the amount of heart, compassion and humor he possesses—and how much of a light he is for all his friends. We put together this page to give Patrick’s friends and extended family a way to show their support, and give some of that love right back.
