Hi everyone!
My name is Caitlin Smith from Centreville, MD. I am pleased to announce that I have been chosen to be a state finalist in the 2018 Miss Maryland USA Pageant! I will be sharing this once in a lifetime experience with many others on October 27 - 29, 2017 at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel & Conference Center in Bethesda, MD.
Involvement in this pageant means a lot to me as it provides me the opportunity to advocate myself, my community and Talbot Goes Purple. Already this year there have been close to 500 causalities due to drug overdoses. Talbot Goes Purple is a substance abuse awareness program that engages our community to stand against substance abuse. I'd like to use my involvement in this pageant to spread awareness of substance abuse in our state as well as the country.
With your donation I will be able to participate in this pageant and stand against substance abuse.
