Help us have a baby

Hello, 
My name is Jissi and my wife's name is Taylor.  We have been married for almost two years and we have decided that we are ready to start a family. Unfortunately due to medical reasons, the process has gotten a little harder.  We are asking for help to cover some of the expenses of insemination. We are wanting to start the process soon and greatly appreciate any way people can help.
