Phillips Family Hurricane Harvey

We just moved from Florida to Houston Texas on August 1st. The apartment we rented on the first floor is in a flood zone, and that apartment flooded three times badly in the past 3 years, and our apartment manager never told us. Hurricane Harvey flooded our entire apartment. We lost everything: our car, clothes, furniture, keepsakes, photos, appliances, boys' lego collections, everything. Our car was completely engulfed in water, and our apt was flooded up to my chest. All we have is one bag of a few things for each of us. We spent all of our money relocating. We can't find a hotel or rental car that was offered for free because they are all booked. We ave nothing and nowhere to go. They are closing our shelter already beause most people here have family and friends and they went to go stay with them. We have nothing and no one out here. We need a lot, but we are only setting a gol for 8,000 dollars to get us a used car and deposits for a new apartment and for starting out groceries, clothes, toiletries, and to stay on top of our regular bills. We won't ask for any more than that. That should be enough to get us back on one foot. Please help us. We are desperate. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.
