Oxygen for living, surving Covid 19

Hole, my name is Dean and I live most of the year in a very small fishing in SW Mexico, Population approximately 1500. The latest Covid 19 rage is killin people that I love and many of them. Most cannot afford the simple taskof purchasing oxygen tanks and related supplies to survive this horrific pandemic.
