Support for Scarlet

We at Bleu Bite Catering met Scarlet when she applied (and was hired) for a dishwashing job about a year and half ago.  She has brought many smiles and tons of laughs to all our lives on a daily basis!  About 2 weeks ago she had a heart attack while working late.  Luckily, one of our chefs was there to help her and called 911.  Scarlet is still being treated at the hospital, but she has made it through the tough stuff.  Currently the doctors are thinking they might need to install a pacemaker to help regulate her heart.
Our friend Scarlet will be turning 63 in a couple of weeks and unfortunately she can't work, does not have an income, retirement or really any way to support herself in her golden years.  She does receive a small SSI benefit check each month and receives food stamps, but it's not  enough to support her.  Scarlet has had a rough, less than desirable life and our goal is to help her the best we can, to enjoy her later life, stressfree, peaceful and happy.  Scarlet ALWAYS puts others first, literally giving away her last dollar to feed stray cats and homeless folks.  We would like to share with her the same kindness.  
We have currently moved her belongings out of the uninhabitable rv she was living in and are in the process of leasing an apartment for when she is released from the hosptial.  What we are looking for is money to help Scarlet pay her living expenses (which are minimal) for a year. She has no credit card or medical debt, this is just for rent, utilities  and such.  Please, if you can, help us help Scarlet.  Thank You!  Scarlet's friends at Bleu Bite
