Don protégé
Hi friends. Unfortunately, my sister Kelli’s dog Kiya, who is her best friend in the world, was diagnosed with bone cancer. She is the sweetest dog and has been right by her side through some hard things she’s had to walk through lately. Kelli is currently out of state so we can’t personally be there with her and she is completely heartbroken.
I know this is a hard time on everyone right now but if you’re able to, she could use some help. Kiya is in the care of a specialty hospital now which has been very expensive. She is also in severe pain. The vet wants to do treatments every two weeks to keep her pain manageable which are going to be $200 each. I know this is a hard time for everyone and please don’t feel obligated, but any amount would be helpful so that as Kelli grieves she also doesn’t have to worry about how she will pay this bill. She too has lost some income due to this pandemic.
Our pets are family to us and Kiya has been a guarding angel to Kelli. Thank you and I hope everyone is safe and well.
