Our Pittie had a spinal stroke

Our beloved 7 yr old Pittie Skylla is suffering from a spinal stroke, also know as a condition called FCE, which has caused her to lose 90% use of her hind legs. She is not in pain and has a good outlook for quality of life.  However, we are a fixed income household and need help with the expenses for her recovery and care.  She needs to see a veterinary neurologist, physical therapy, monthly medications, special shoes to protect her back feet, a lifting harness and wheelchair cart.  She also has a mass cell cyst which needs removed, but she cannot go under anesthesia to do so until her FCE is delt with. She is our sun and moon and has many years left with us. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
